What is your Special Order process?Updated a day ago

When you see a Special Order button on one of our product pages, it means we have regular shipments with that manufacturer and can get that product fairly quickly in many cases.

Once you place the special order, we contact the manufacturer right away and order the item for you as a rush. As soon as we receive it, we ship it right away.

Special orders take from 2 days to 2 weeks in many cases, but timing is not guaranteed. Manufacturer stock, manufacturer processing time, and inbound shipping speed are outside our control, and we cannot 100 percent guarantee availability until the manufacturer confirms it.

If the manufacturer has no availability, or if the timing will be longer than expected, we’ll contact you to discuss it. If it is too long for your needs, we will refund the item without any charge.
