What should I do if my package or product arrives damaged?Updated a day ago
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the package or product is damaged.
If you notice visible damage while the carrier is delivering the package, take pictures before the carrier hands it to you if you can do so safely. This can help a lot for any claim.
In general, take as many clear pictures as possible of the damaged package, the shipping label, the box, the packing material, and the damaged product. Videos are also helpful when they show the issue clearly.
