Yes. Eligible items can be exchanged within our 30-day return period, and the process now starts directly through our Customer Portal.

Depending on the product and available options, you may be able to exchange for the same item, another size, color, retrieve side or variant, or another eligible product.

If the exchange is needed because EZOKO sent the wrong item or variant, we take responsibility and cover the return shipping whether or not you purchased Checkout+.

If you chose Checkout+, your return label is covered for other eligible exchanges as well, so the label cost is not deducted from your exchange value. Without Checkout+, return shipping for a customer-choice exchange is your responsibility and the label cost is deducted from the return value.
