Yes. We’re always happy to help with exchanges when we can. We understand that sometimes a color, size, model, retrieve side, or setup choice needs to be adjusted once the gear is in your hands.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Before sending anything back, email us at to start the return process and receive instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the exchange is needed because you ordered the wrong color, size, retrieve side, or model, the shipping cost is at your expense. If the issue is our fault, for example, if we sent the wrong color or wrong item, we’ll cover everything and make it right.
